Hailing originally Argentina, fashion designer Marcelo Burlon now based out of Milan, Italy creates graphic fashionwear for his line County of Milan. Burlon, who relocated to Milan over twenty years ago started out in public relations then spawned a successful DJ career based on his undying love of music. Through those channels he was able to launch a very well known underground party scene with a club night called ‘Pink is Punk’ where it was his first true dabblings with t-shirt design. Initially inspired by his native Patagonia and club culture, Burlon met and began collaborating with graphic designer Giorgio di Salvo for what started out as a line of club friendly printed t-shirts that sold extremely well to their surprise. In 2012 County of Milan was officially born and since then has exploded into a full-fledged streetwear brand that can be found at top retailers like Opening Ceremony and Harvey Nichols.  Most recently Burlon introduced a womenswear element to compliment his mens focused line which now consists of a growing range of stylish looks featuring his signature pixelated diamond logo, graphic t-shirts, luxe hoodies and sweatpants, outerwear, caps, bags, iphone cases and some killer footwear styles all for Fall / Winter 2015 – a steady mix of cool activewear meets streetwear using bold monochromatic palettes of black, white, and red. County of Milan also has a strong celebrity following ranging from Sports figures like LeBron James and Lewis Hamilton to Hip Hop artists Drake, Future and A$AP Rocky. Checkout a few of his stellar looks for Fall / Winter 2015. Must. Have. All.
